Terms and Conditions

Laundry provides professional laundry, ironing, shoe cleaning, and water delivery ("Services") to our customers using our app named “LaunDry”, our accounts on social media (including, but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Line, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest), or messenger apps, offering quality and convenience at an affordable price.

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our Services. By placing an order for our Services, you acknowledge and accept the Terms.

References in these Terms to “we”, "our," "us" or "Laundry" shall be taken to mean the Laundry Company as a whole or the employees, agents, contractors of the Laundry Company, a Sole Proprietorship of Md. Shihanur Rahman Abir, operating under the Commercial name of "Laundry", having its registered address at Nikunja 2, Khilkhet, Dhaka, registered on 21st February 2026.

1. Customer Account

To access Services, customers must maintain an accurate and up-to-date Account. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and must maintain password security.

2. Suitability

By using our services, you confirm clothes are suitable for normal water wash and heat drying. We reserve the right to refuse hazardous items.

3. Order Process

3.1 Service Types

  • Wash & Fold: Fixed-price packages for 20-60 items.
  • Iron Only: Fixed-price packages for 15-50 items.

3.2 Laundry Bags: After your first order, we provide a free Laundry Bag. For Wash & Fold using our bag, items are not counted individually (subject to bag limits).

3.4 Responsibility: You are responsible for items left in pockets (pens, coins, etc.) that cause damage. Laundry is not liable for items left unattended during collection/delivery.

4, 5 & 6. Operations

Collection

Return within 24 hours (or sooner for Same Day Express).

Ironing

Items must be washed. No liability for items without care labels.

Shoes

Standard cleaning practices apply. No liability for skin stiffening or wrinkles.

7, 8 & 9. Liability & Claims

Liability Limit: Our liability is limited to the cost of the actual damage but not exceeding the paid service fee.

Reporting Damage: Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of return with digital photo proof.

Stains: We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains. Special requests are at the Customer's own risk.

10. Unclaimed Orders

Orders unclaimed after one (1) month will be donated to charity.

11. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. Overdue amounts accrue 3% annual interest above base rate.

These Terms are governed by Thai law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
